I am a restless technical generalist, driven by curiosity and by the need to understand how things really work. When I face a problem, I do not like staying on the surface. I go to the root, connect the pieces, and try to understand the technical, human, and business reality behind it.
I like complex situations because they force me to think clearly, learn fast, and move with intention. I have strong opinions and I believe in sharing them honestly, because good teams are built through trust, transparency, and the ability to challenge each other with respect. I am optimistic, but not passive. When something is difficult, I look for a way forward.
What I want is to keep learning and work with people I admire, both teammates and clients. I believe that surrounding myself with people who raise the bar is the best way to grow, contribute more, and have a positive impact through the problems I help solve and the things I help build.
